Introduction

Hello, I'm Malak! I know how overwhelming it can be to find a therapist that is a good fit for yourself and for your loved one. My therapeutic approach is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment, & highlighting & exploring with Client their strengths/tools, so they can express themselves, & feel empowered during their healing journey. I had the privilege working with children, adolescents, & adults. During the therapy journey, I may support the Client in processing their past-trauma, managing stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, & building communication skills. Also, supporting the Client through their new life transition by processing any challenges and/or emotions that may appear during their therapy journey. Support Group for Teens Starting College: Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxiety on starting College or the process of applying or looking for colleges? This Support Group is for Teens (ages from 16 to 18 years old) to help them learn self-care tools, coping & mindfulness strategies, sleep hygiene tips to help them lower &/or manage their anxiety/stress levels. In the Support Group the Teen(s) can learn from each other from what helped them during their process. If you are interested in working with me or still wondering if we are going to be a good fit, I offer a free 15 minute via video or phone call consultation to see if we are a good fit and/or to discuss the onboarding process to start your mental health/counseling journey! ___________________________________________________________________ Malak M.
