My name is Maleaha Menifee and I have a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Clinical Counseling from Capella University. I received my bachelor's in psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on the anger management, drug and substance abuse, and eating disorder populations. I have experience working with families in DSHS where I provided intensive family therapy. I have also worked in a behavioral health facility with children. I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular commitment to working with Black clients and other people of color. My clinical approach is grounded in cultural humility and an understanding of the complex ways systemic oppression, intergenerational trauma, and identity can impact mental health. I strive to provide a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.
