Malia Mead LMFT has been in private practice for well over 10 years. Malia uses an Integrative Psychodynamic approach of Internal Family Systems, CBT, Client Centered, Attachment and Strength based modalities along with other methods that are targeted to the needs of each client. Malia specializes in internal/external relationships with a focus first on building a healthy “Self”through increased self awareness, setting attainable goals toward focus on progress or “small wins”, strength based/resilient mindful reframing and and challenging/changing critical internal dialogue to be more supportive.
