Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my mission is centered on guiding you through life's challenges, with a dedicated emphasis on effectively managing anxiety, improving interpersonal relationships, and fostering emotional authenticity. You might look like you have it together—but inside, you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying so much on your own. Maybe your anxiety won’t shut off, your relationships feel complicated, or you keep finding yourself in the same patterns no matter how much insight you have. I work with adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready for deeper change—not just quick coping skills that don’t last. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and insight-oriented, helping you understand how your past experiences and relationships are still shaping your present. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel stuck—carrying anxiety, relationship stress, attachment patterns, prenatal/post natal stress and anxiety, or family-of-origin issues. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, sometimes intense, and yes, often meaningful (with humor when it fits), helping you make real, lasting change. You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. If you’re ready to move beyond just understanding yourself and start experiencing real change, reach out. I offer a free 10–15 minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit, and I respond within 24 hours.
