Introduction

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to get to this point. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware and Pennsylvania with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Originally from Connecticut, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from the University of Delaware and later obtained my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University. My early work as a school social worker gave me a strong foundation in understanding family systems and child development. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned to virtual practice to continue providing accessible, compassionate care to clients. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate life’s challenges — including anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, parenting struggles, and major life transitions. My clients often describe me as warm, understanding, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I view you as the expert on your own life and see my role as helping you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change. As a parent of three daughters, I understand firsthand how complex, rewarding, and challenging family life can be. I bring that perspective into my work—recognizing that while each of our journeys is unique, we all face moments of struggle, growth, and renewal. By visiting this page, you’ve already taken an important first step toward healing and self-discovery. If you’re ready to take the next one, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. ~Mallory
