Introduction

I believe that most of us could benefit from therapy at some point in our lives. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you. I take a genuine, down-to-earth approach that helps clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported. With over 10 years of counseling experience, my style is practical and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are and help you make sense of whatever’s weighing on you. Whether that’s anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, or figuring out who you are and what you need. I’m trained in EMDR, a well-researched approach for working through trauma, PTSD, and distressing life experiences. I’m also certified in perinatal mental health and work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression during pregnancy or postpartum. I believe in holding space for both where you are and where you want to be. If you're ready to work through what’s hard and move toward more clarity and confidence, I’d be honored to support you along the way.
