Introduction

I believe treatment works best when it is truly collaborative and judgment-free. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I take the time to understand your unique experiences rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. I specialize in medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and bipolar disorder. I have particular expertise and training in supporting patients throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, including those experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults, meeting each person with honesty, respect, and compassion. Together, we’ll explore what is working in your life, identify what may need to change, and develop a practical treatment plan that feels manageable and sustainable for you. I offer both in-person appointments at my office in Hockessin, DE and telehealth appointments to those in DE, MD and MN and am currently accepting new clients. If you’re ready to work with a provider who listens and partners with you toward meaningful change, I would welcome the opportunity to meet you!
