Introduction

Hi there! Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you can be hard, especially when you may already be struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, or navigating a lifequake event. As human beings, we're wired for connection and deeply long to be included, seen, and welcomed into relationships as the truest version of ourselves. In my practice, I actively acknowledge the power dynamics involved in the role of the therapist and remain curious and humble around those dynamics in order to build a trust-filled and secure relationship to connect with each of my clients. You can count on me to be a welcoming and affirming presence for you. I specialize in partnering with individuals, couples/relationships, and families. From my previous career experience as a registered nurse in critical care/trauma hospital settings, I am experienced in providing a warm, direct, and nurturing presence for professionals working in healthcare and other high-intensity and helping professions. Therapy with me is down to earth, personal, and focused on building a trusting relationship between us. I value being a welcoming and affirming presence for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, as well as the kink/BDSM community. I embrace areas of sociocultural difference with humble curiosity and an anti-oppressive and decolonized approach to mental health.
