Introduction

I specialize in trauma-informed care for individuals navigating some of life's most difficult experiences. My practice draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients process trauma, PTSD, and the aftermath of sexual abuse/violence/assault. I work extensively with first responders and survivors of violent crime, as well as those struggling with anxiety, OCD, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Whether you're working through a specific trauma or managing the cumulative stress of a demanding profession, I bring both clinical expertise and deep respect for your unique journey. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions for individuals and families. I currently have a full caseload and am not accepting new clients at this time; however, I have amazing and trauma informed providers at my practice who specialize in various mental health diagnoses and populations all with a trauma informed approach and who are more than happy to assist!
