Introduction

Mallory works with individuals (ages 16+) navigating anxiety, mood-related concerns, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, grief, and stress. She is passionate about supporting twenty-somethings and adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Mallory has a particular interest in relationships-both with others and with oneself-and helps clients build healthier boundaries, strengthen communication, understand attachment patterns, and develop deeper self-worth. She especially enjoys working with individuals who identify with an anxious attachment style and supports them in cultivating greater security and confidence within their relationships. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, values-based interventions, and person-centered therapy. She can incorporate spiritual or faith-informed interventions upon request, and she also welcomes creative modalities such as artistic expression and creative writing. Mallory has experience supporting individuals in substance use recovery and understands the emotional and relational challenges that accompany addiction. Above all, she strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
