Hi! Thank you for being here and taking the time to learn a little about me. I am passionate about supporting women and BIPOC individuals. My specialties are anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize evidenced-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). If you are struggling with negative thoughts and self-talk, coping with stressors or emotions in unhealthy ways, or your trauma is continuing to negatively impact you, I am here to help. Additionally, I am passionate about using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support couples who are feeling disconnected and struggling with communication and conflict resolution.
