As both a counselor and classroom teacher, I bring a unique understanding of child development and the challenges families face at home and at school. My experience in education allows me to connect with children in ways that feel natural and supportive, while also understanding the stressors parents experience as they navigate their child’s emotional world. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and moms, helping them manage anxiety, build self-esteem, and strengthen relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I aim to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. I draw from interpersonal and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help clients recognize patterns, build coping skills, and develop confidence in themselves and their relationships. I believe that change begins with connection and that every client has the capacity for resilience and healing
