Introduction

I walk alongside clients in the Denton and West Frisco area who are navigating and processing challenges and/or joys they have been met with in their current experience or in their past experiences. We were never designed to journey alone, and it is my deepest honor to engage the opportunity to enter a unique therapeutic relationship with you and help carry the burden of life as we progress toward healing and wholeness through the power of Christ's gospel. I am a faith-based practitioner who has also greatly benefitted from a deep well of clinical knowledge and experience to provide an integrated approach to psychotherapy. I have completed a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, a MA in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, and practice as a LPC-A under the supervision of Adam Sandlin, LPC-S. I am also currently pursuing additional certification through the Association of Biblical Counseling (ABC). This integrated education, experience, and approach has contributed to my understanding of God's design for our flourishing and the ways that living in a broken world as fallen sinners can interrupt our well-being, peace, and progress. Some areas I have experience in include parenting struggles, motherhood overwhelm, overcoming the pitfalls of perfectionism, anxiety, grief, sports performance mindsets, Biblical counsel and clarity, relationship challenges, and young adult transition challenges. Please contact me to explore the possibility of us working together toward your growth, healing and wholeness. Counseling has served my personal healing journeys, discipleship, and transformation as a sinner in a fallen world through many of life's challenges. I am eager to come alongside you as we engage the sacred space of pursuing healing, hope, and wholeness.
