Introduction

Welcome — I’m Manju Mary Franklin, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and related mental health conditions. I also specialize in early mental health screening and wellness assessments for children (ages 6 and older), adolescents, and young adults. My approach to care is personalized and collaborative, combining thoughtful medication management with therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I place strong emphasis on optimizing environmental and lifestyle factors to support improved mental and physical well-being. I believe in meeting each patient where they are and developing treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, values, and lived experiences. I offer secure and convenient telehealth appointments, allowing patients to access high-quality psychiatric care from the comfort of their own homes. My practice is grounded in current clinical research and best practices, with a strong focus on safety, clarity, and continuity of care. As a nurse practitioner, I bring a holistic perspective to mental health treatment, recognizing the strong connection between emotional well-being, physical health, and overall quality of life. I am committed to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence to ensure that every patient receives thoughtful, up-to-date, and comprehensive care.
