Introduction

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and the kinds of adverse life circumstances that can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or unlike yourself. My approach is person-centered, warm, steady, and collaborative. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can bring whatever you're carrying and we can make sense of it together. I draw from advanced training in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy rooted in neuroscience, and somatic therapy. I tailor our work to fit you, not the other way around. The process includes: - Gathering biological, psychological and social background information - Developing specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-oriented goals - Providing psycho-education - Gaining a deeper personal awareness - Practicing emotional regulation skills, building new neural pathways, and building new patterns of connection until goals are met - Completion: where we go over goals, progress, closure and providing any additional resources or referrals needed or wanted
