I'm so glad you're here. After facing my own challenges during postpartum, I found healing through support groups, therapy, and meaningful connections within the community. That journey inspired me to support other parents—helping them feel heard, validated, and empowered throughout the perinatal experience I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they discover who they truly are and learn how to embrace and become more of themselves. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, with a special focus on perinatal trauma and the unique ways it can shape a person's journey. I use a variety of approaches to help clients feel more in control of their lives; this includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy and mindfulness based tools. I'm a fierce advocate for parental rights and you can find me advocating on Capitol Hill from time to time. I'm also a Mom to two girls :)
