Introduction

Hello and welcome. Taking the step to seek support is a profound act of self-care, and I am so glad you are here. I am a licensed social worker (LSW) in the state of Ohio, providing clinical care since 2017. I hold both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The Ohio State University, and my practice is deeply rooted in a trauma-informed, holistic approach to healing. I specialize in working with adults navigating substance use, dual diagnosis, and complex mental health challenges. My goal is to help you bridge the gap between your mind and your body, moving past traditional "talk therapy" to find actual relief and regulation. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and pull actively from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Because I believe that true healing involves the physical self, I frequently integrate mindfulness, breathing techniques, and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) into our sessions to help you ground your nervous system in real-time. Whether you are looking to process past trauma, manage the weight of life, or simply find a space where you don't have to shrink your truth, I am here to walk alongside you. Let's work together to recover your strength and rebuild a life that feels authentic to who you are. Beyond the Office: When I’m not in the therapy office, I am usually leaning into my own creative outlets. I am an avid crafter and jewelry maker—I find that working with my hands is one of the best ways to practice the mindfulness I teach my clients. I’m also a proud mom, which deeply informs my passion for helping others navigate the beautiful, sometimes messy balancing act of family life. To recharge, you can usually find me with a large coffee in hand, re-watching my "comfort" shows like Friends or Gilmore Girls. I believe that healing should include moments of lightness and joy, and I bring that same authentic, relatable energy into our work together.
