Introduction

I, like many other therapists, started in this field with a genuine desire to help others navigate through challenges we so often face in life. Sometimes in life, things happen that may cause us to lose hope. I strive to restore hope because without hope how are we able to enjoy life? I may use a variety of strategies in my practice; and I often use Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in different forms, such as for Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression; and Cognitive Processing Therapy among other evidence-based practices. Therapy at a Glitter of Hope encourages a close nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship to increase a greater outcome for success. At a A Glitter of Hope, there will be a positive interaction, making the sessions feel less like an obligation and more of a constructive collaboration. Life is what we make it; start your journey today!
