Hi I’m Marcela. Do you find yourself overthinking everything, struggling to trust people, or feeling disconnected from yourself—even when you know you want something different? You may be experiencing the lasting effects of complex trauma or attachment wounds. I help adolescents and adults who are tired of repeating the same relationship patterns, people-pleasing, self-doubt, anxiety, and emotional cycles understand where these patterns come from and begin creating something different. As an EMDR-trained therapist specializing in complex trauma and attachment, I provide a safe, compassionate space to process experiences that may still be impacting how you feel, think, and relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work toward more than simply managing symptoms. We’ll work toward healing the underlying wounds, strengthening your sense of self, building healthier relationships, and helping you feel safer in your own life.
