I meet you where you are in your life’s path, guide you through negative thoughts and emotions, and create a safe, judgment-free space. I work with individuals, couples, and families using therapeutic tools to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, grief, abandonment, generational and childhood trauma. In my sessions, I proactively support my clients to overcome the barriers in their lives that contribute to feeling sad or not like their usual selves. Moreover, I will teach you coping and emotional skills for increased self-reflection and increased self-esteem.
