Introduction

Most individuals have experienced trauma. We approach each client with that in mind. Establishing a connected therapeutic relationship is our first goal. We have a diverse team of clinicians available to provide a competent and compassionate therapy experience. We provide mental health counseling for children, adolescents and adults. Through integrative, holistic and evidenced based approaches, we work collaboratively to help our clients heal. We offer services to those without insurance or high deductibles through a sliding fee scale and/or our Internship Program. We work collectively within our practice to support the entire family with therapies and modalities offering a comprehensive approach to healing considering the body, mind and soul.
