Introduction

-Current daytime openings for couples and clinical supervision- Do you ever find yourself second-guessing everything you do, wondering if you’re really “enough”? Maybe you give so much to everyone else that there’s little left for you. Or maybe your relationship feels harder than it should, leaving you unsure if you and your partner are truly on the same page. If any of this sounds familiar, you don’t have to figure it out alone—I’m here to help. My clients are often people who want real support, not just someone who nods and says “uh-huh.” They’re looking for honest feedback, compassionate challenge, and a therapist who shows up as a real human being. That’s exactly how I work. I bring warmth, humor, and genuineness into sessions because therapy should feel safe and supportive, but also real and relatable. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, understood, and a little lighter. I’m intensively trained in DBT through the Linehan Institute, and I also use tools from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. For couples, I draw from the Gottman Method and Prepare/Enrich, whether you’re preparing for commitment, navigating conflict, or exploring ethical nonmonogamy. I’m LGBTQ+ allied, kink-affirming, and able to provide gender-affirming surgery evaluations and letters. What sets me apart is my belief that therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, building confidence, and creating the relationships and life you want. I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and maybe even a laugh or two along the way. Together, we’ll do the work that matters most to you. *Note: I am out of network for relationship therapy* Link to Gottman Web Page: https://gottmanreferralnetwork.com/therapists/marci-saltzman
