Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing telehealth services to clients across the state of Massachusetts. Throughout my training, I have had the privilege of working with various populations and folks from all walks of life. In my practice, I work with adults who face a broad and diverse range of psychological and emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues. My specialty lies in supporting individuals who have experienced significant trauma, guiding them through the healing of deep core wounds and facilitating recovery from complex posttraumatic stress. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy models, carefully tailoring each approach to fit your unique needs, personal history, and current circumstances. Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and parts work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, I help clients heal from trauma and develop effective coping strategies to manage life’s many stressors and challenges. I believe it is essential for clients to live in alignment with their deepest values and to discover meaningful ways to feel safe and grounded while embracing their most true, authentic selves. In my work with clients, I bring an empathetic, collaborative, nonjudgmental and multicultural approach to the therapeutic space. I deeply value the cultural communities we come from and the identities we hold, recognizing how these experiences shape our stories, struggles, and strengths. Therapy with me is a space where your full self is honored, where healing is possible, and where change happens step by step, at a pace that feels right for you. Clients have expressed that therapy with me feels supportive, and grounding while allowing themselves to be challenged in a way that helps them confront and work through roadblocks that keep them stuck—fostering change and growth. I will help you discover new ways of understanding patterns and incorporate new skills into your narrative . My goal is to help you figure out the tools you need to live more in the present, empower greater self-esteem, improve important relationships, and learn how to regulate challenging emotions.
