I work from a psychodynamic approach drawing from attachment, family systems, relational and trauma-informed theories. I believe in working closely with you to develop a sense of comfort and tolerance for engaging with the complexities of your internal experience by exploring the relationship between yourself, others, and the world. Together, we can explore your patterns to help build greater self-understanding, emotional safety, and connection. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, less alone, and build trust in yourself. I work with adults who are experiencing eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I'm passionate about working with queer and trans folks and individuals who identify as neurodivergent.
