Whether you are experiencing a life transition, a painful episode, a wish to strengthen relationships, or simply a desire to grow- engaging in therapy is often a helpful way to find support. My role as a therapist is to support and guide you while navigating life challenges, dilemmas and traumas while developing coping skills. I strongly believe that the relational component of therapy is the most important aspect of the work and truly enjoy working with individuals and witnessing their growth. I draw on many modalities in my practice until i find what best fits your eneds. CBT, DBT, mindful based stress reduction skills, Emotionally Focued Therapy for Individuals (EFT), and Somatic Approaches are utalized in my daily work. I am honored to work with adults (18 +)-and especially enjoy the life tranistion times ( HS to college, college to work/ adult world, aging w/elders (65+).
