Welcome! I believe a collaborative client-therapist relationship is key to successful, healing therapy. My approach is non-judgmental, empathetic, and change-focused. We will work together to help you find the peace you need to fully engage in your life by accepting difficult circumstances, holding joy alongside the pain that comes with being human, and finding meaning in the world in which you live. We will explore how you can best develop and define your authentic identity, learn techniques to navigate obstacles, identify destructive patterns, explore and understand emotions and experiences, and learn skills to improve relationships. My practice has helped children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I take a special interest in working with older adults, adults who are caregivers for loved ones, parenting issues, those who are navigating the process of grief and loss, and individuals facing work-related stressors and changes.
