I view therapy as a whole-person journey—one that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I hold a Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and a Bachelor’s in Human Ecology from the College of the Atlantic. In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified Hatha, Vinyasa Sadhana, and Kundalini yoga teacher and have trained as a Birth Doula as well as a Midwifery Assistant. These experiences bring a holistic, body-centered perspective to my work and reflect my belief that healing unfolds through both insight and embodied presence. With warmth and grounded presence, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel empowered to explore challenges, embrace personal growth, and strengthen resilience and self-compassion. At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy is both a place of healing and a process of discovery—an opportunity to cultivate balance, meaning, and deeper connection with yourself and others.
