Introduction

Hello! I'm Maggie Wolf (she/her/hers), a licensed professional counselor and owner of Perennial Counseling LLC. I hold a Bachelor’s in Biology with a Psychology minor from Luther College and Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology from University of Denver. I specialize in athlete performance, eating disorders, body image, weight stigma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) modalities with mindfulness strategies to help you build awareness, develop coping strategies, and live in alignment with your values. You might be feeling stuck in your eating disorder recovery, constantly battling anxious thoughts, adjusting to life after sport, or frustrated with how your body has changed. Maybe you're struggling with burnout, questioning your identity, or feeling disconnected in your relationships. You're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. You are the expert of your own life and are more than your challenges. Together, we’ll explore your whole self and build a toolbox of skills to regulate emotions, manage stress, and move toward a more fulfilling, values-based life.
