Introduction

Are you feeling emotionally exhausted from carrying the weight of heartbreak, loss, or life transitions while continuing to function for everyone else? Are you realizing that there are certain patterns in your life that are hurting you—but you cannot seem to break free from overgiving, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in people-pleasing cycles, and self-abandonment? Maybe this sounds familiar. You have tried talking with friends, getting help from online apps or podcast, tried therapy in the past only to feel unheard or like it didn’t work. These attempts only drove you to do what you know best, push your feelings and needs aside. You learned survival patterns that once protected you but now have kept you emotionally trapped. Maybe back then you were not ready to make the changes you are seeking today. This is where therapy could be helpful! I help women rebuild after heartbreak, loss, divorce, or unexpected life transitions by breaking unhealthy relationship patterns, reducing feeling overwhelmed, down, anxious, emotionally depleted and constantly losing themselves in others which often keeps them stuck in cycles of grief, sadness, anxiety and disconnection. I offer a caring and warm approach, creating a collaborative therapeutic environment. I assist my clients in developing insight into their thoughts, emotions and behaviors so they can achieve the change they are seeking and feel empowered. I will be here to listen, challenge and support you through this journey. You deserve a life that feels emotionally peaceful—not constantly heavy. You do not have to heal perfectly to heal successfully. If this resonates with you, you can schedule a onetime 15-minute consult where we can discuss if I could be of assistance to you. I look forward to meeting you!
