Introduction

Therapy does not have to feel overwhelming. It should be a place where you can show up just as you are. I am here to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. My focus is on helping you work through life changes, manage anxiety and stress, and heal from emotional trauma. I believe therapy works best when it is tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will move at your pace to explore what matters most to you. The relationship between a therapist and a client is very important. I am happy to consult with you before you commit to a therapist, to ensure we are a good fit. In my private practice, I work with adults 18 and older who want steady support as they deal with anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and the impact of past trauma. These shifts can show up in many ways, including feeling overwhelmed, trouble sleeping, work stress or burnout, career uncertainty, or feeling unmotivated or stuck. My style is calm and grounded. I help you understand what’s behind your symptoms and build tools that fit your daily life. Sessions move at a pace that feels manageable, and I keep the process clear so you always know what we are working on. My background in clinical social work and crisis response, shapes the way I support clients who carry long-term stress or unresolved experiences. You can expect a collaborative approach and steady communication. This practice is separate from any agency work I do.
