The people I work with often feel disconnected from the deep intimacy they desire with friends, family, and partners. After experiences of harm or trauma, relationships might feel risky, exhausting, or unsatisfying. Together we'll work to understand how you show up in relationships and why, exploring what it could look like to be more fully seen and loved. My aim is to nurture a safe environment where you feel heard, held, and gently challenged as you observe your patterns, reclaim choice, grow self-compassion, and come into greater alignment with your hopes and values. Your autonomy and security are centered every step of the way. I do my best to meet you exactly where you are, in your biggest feelings and most complex thoughts. As we develop a clearer picture of how you feel and what you want, you can begin to live more authentically and make new choices that bring you closer to the life you want. My liberatory and anti-oppressive lens is informed by my own queerness and neurodivergence. I show up with curiosity, softness, humor, and a genuine desire to know who you are and how you experience the world. I prioritize fostering a radically secure relationship where you can build confidence in expressing exactly how you feel and what you want, even and especially when it seems awkward. Therapy offers the opportunity to be profoundly cared for in the moments you feel most ashamed and unlovable, and I am so honored to be with people in that journey.
