My approach to therapy is founded on effective, evidence-based treatments, with a personal touch to make sure you feel heard and supported throughout our work together. My therapeutic work is based on principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, and depression in teens and young adults. Many of my clients describe their symptoms as "debilitating," often feeling like it impacts their relationships, work or school, and even their ability to experience joy. This can happen when someone feels "stuck" in what seems like a familiar pattern of anxious thinking and behavior. As such, I use evidence-based, effective therapy techniques to help clients challenge these patterns and step outside their comfort zones. My goal is to guide you toward a place where you can manage your symptoms more effectively, so they no longer control your life. I am credentialed through PSYPACT and licensed to provide teletherapy in 42 participating states.
