My focus is on working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use challenges, life transitions, and adjustment-related difficulties. Many come to therapy seeking a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they can process their experiences, develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and well-being. I especially enjoy working with clients who are motivated toward personal growth and healing, even if they are unsure where to begin. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when life feels overwhelming. You do not have to navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, or major life transitions alone. I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where healing and personal growth can happen at your own pace. Taking the first step toward therapy is a meaningful act of self-care.
