Introduction

If you've spent years wondering why the same painful relationship patterns keep repeating despite your best efforts to change, you're not alone. As the founder of the Schema Therapy Institute of Florida, I am dedicated to advancing Schema Therapy through education and training. In my clinical practice, I specialize in evidence-based treatment for long-standing relationship patterns and personality patterns. Therapy can help you understand not only what is happening, but why these patterns developed, and how lasting change becomes possible. I am an ISST Advanced Certified Schema Therapist, Trainer, and Supervisor with more than 20 years of experience helping adults heal from relational trauma, long-standing emotional patterns, chronic shame, anxiety, attachment wounds, and relationship difficulties. My approach integrates Schema Therapy with EMDR-informed work, CBT, attachment-informed interventions, and trauma-focused treatment to create lasting change rather than temporary symptom relief. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves more deeply, build healthier relationships, strengthen their sense of self, and break long-standing emotional patterns. Therapy is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique history and goals. Together, we work toward deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and lasting change.
