I am a native Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with deep experience supporting individuals and communities navigating trauma, grief, and complex life circumstances including immigration-related stressors, legal system involvement, and ambiguous loss. I work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples across the lifespan, and I am a proud LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and ally. I've completed advanced training in trauma therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. My clinical work centers anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, with particular focus on supporting immigrant and refugee communities, organizers, and activists. I integrate somatic and expressive approaches when appropriate, always grounded in deep respect for your dignity and lived experience. I offer individual, couples, family, and group sessions in both telehealth and in-person formats, and I'm currently accepting new clients. I strive to create a non-judgmental, compassionate space where your story is honored and held with care.
