Introduction

Hi There I am Maria Miranda Bravo, LCPC Bilingual Spanish/English. I believe you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone, and therapy works best when you feel truly heard and accepted. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together at your pace. I work with individuals, couples, and groups across the lifespan—from young adults through elders—addressing everything from anxiety and depression to trauma, relationship issues, addiction, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused work, tailored to your unique needs and cultural background. I draw on your strengths and help you develop practical tools for lasting change. I offer telehealth appointments and accept Aetna, Optum, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you in building the life you deserve.
