Introduction

I believe that because every client is unique, their therapy should be too. I utilize an eclectic approach, which means I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods to find what actually works for you. I am EMDR and Flash Technique trained, which allows us to process trauma without getting “stuck” in the pain of the past. I also incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to provide practical tools for daily life. For couples, I use Level 2 Gottman Method Training to help bridge gaps in communication and rebuild intimacy. Whether we meet in person or online, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space tailored to your specific goals.
