Introduction

How can I help you? My niche is helping parents & children at any age. As a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist intern (RMFT) with specialization in children and adolescents, I graduated with my master's and have passed the license exam. Along with that I come to your aide with over 25 years' experience as a still certified Florida educator with endorsements in ESE and ESOL, as well as a former infant and toddler developmental specialist, certified preschool teacher, as well as family daycare director/provider. Whatever you and your child are navigating, disrespect, tantrums, anxiety, behaviors, grief, school struggles, or identity questions—or you're managing the stress of parenting through divorce, trauma, or major transitions—I'm here to help. I work with young toddlers through young adults, and I partner with parents and caregivers because supporting the whole family matters. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral strategies, and family-centered work tailored to your child's unique needs and stage of development. I offer telehealth sessions and in person local in your home and accepting new clients. Let's work together to help you & your child thrive.
