Anxiety after cancer can show up in your chest, your sleep, and your thoughts. It can also change the way you see your body, the way you relate to others, and the way you feel about yourself. You may look at the scars and struggle to fully accept what you see. You might find yourself questioning how others see you, feeling less secure in your relationships, or doubting yourself more than you’d like.
