Introduction

Anxiety after cancer can show up in your chest, your sleep, and your thoughts. It can also change the way you see your body, the way you relate to others, and the way you feel about yourself. You may look at the scars and struggle to fully accept what you see. You might find yourself questioning how others see you, feeling less secure in your relationships, or doubting yourself more than you’d like. At times, there may be a quiet heaviness—moments of sadness or low mood that are hard to explain, especially when others expect you to simply feel grateful. And now you just want to feel calm, confident, and comfortable in your own skin I support women in life after cancer experiencing anxiety, low mood, and shifts in self-esteem, body image, and relationships. As a cancer survivor, I understand the impact of treatment and combine lived experience with evidence-based therapy to help you move from survival mode to calmness and confidence. Sessions are available in English and Spanish. Together, we’ll work to calm your body, challenge anxious thoughts, rebuild confidence, and process the emotional changes that can follow cancer. If you’re struggling with overthinking, panic symptoms, body image concerns, or low mood after treatment, you don’t have to manage it alone.
