Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming when past trauma, anxiety, or postpartum challenges weigh on you, leaving you exhausted, self-critical, or disconnected from yourself. I work with women to gently navigate PTSD, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and challenges with self-esteem, boundaries, and attachment. Using an integrative approach of applying EMDR, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and mind-body approaches, I provide a compassionate, grounded space to process old wounds, release what no longer serves you, and rediscover your inner strength, clarity, and most authentic self.
