My goal is to help the client accept your thoughts and feelings, rather than trying to avoid or control them. We focus on building psychological flexibility and increasing self compassion while emphasizing on staying mindful enough to take actions that align with personal values, even when difficult emotions show up. Therapy will be a tool for you in your personal transformation. As your therapist, I will help you to be more attuned to YOUR values and not what is expected of you. You will learn to be increase insight of yourself while balancing your relationships and responsibilities.
