You might be getting through life, but you still feel disconnected. You look "fine", on the outside, but are falling apart on the inside. Let's unpack that together. Counseling with me will start with cultivating nonjudgmental curiosity towards your inner world and lived experiences with the goal of reconnecting with your authentic self and learning to honor your unique nature. My therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster self-compassion, psychological flexibility, and mind-body connection. The context of culture and intersectionality are especially emphasized in my practice. My clinical experience consists of helping individuals from preteen to adulthood navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, intrusive thoughts, and autism/ADHD with special focus supporting women of color with undoing perfectionism, healing from burnout, building self-esteem, and managing multicultural concerns.
