Through a process of non-judgmental self reflection and exploration, I believe individuals can come to better understand patterns of behavior that they wish to change and that they may develop more effective ways of communicating with others in their life. I feel strongly that creating a warm atmosphere in which individuals can safely and authentically tell their story is crucial to healing.
