Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and my hope is that therapy with me feels like a safe, compassionate space to land. I take a trauma-informed, self-compassion–centered approach, drawing from a variety of modalities—including CBT, DBT, Adlerian Play Therapy, and EMDR—to meet each person’s unique needs. My mission is to support you as a whole person. I believe healing happens when we consider your mind, body, family system, and lived experiences together. In our work, we’ll slow down, create room for joy, and build a deeper sense of self-acceptance and resilience. I specialize in supporting women’s concerns such as PMDD and peri/postnatal changes, as well as individuals navigating autism, ADHD, trauma, grief, relational stress, and major life transitions. I work with both individuals and families and aim to help each client feel understood, empowered, and supported as they move toward growth.
