I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, and received my BA in both Psychology and Spanish from Wake Forest University and my MA in Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary I am passionate about coming alongside people in the midst of their pain and helping them pursue healing and growth. I believe that every person has inherent dignity and worth, regardless of background or beliefs and strive to create a safe, empathic space for people to experience a non-judgmental presence and a place to be fully themselves. Trained in faith integration, I am glad to integrate faith and spirituality into treatment, upon request. I live in Durham, with my husband, son and daughter, as well as our mini goldendoodle. In my free time, I enjoy connecting with friends and family, reading and trying new restaurants.
