Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Xavier University and a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. I’ve worked exclusively with adults in community mental health, inpatient behavioral health providing both individual and group counseling and via online therapy through BetterHelp, TalkSpace and SonderMind. Throughout my work history, I’ve worked closely with psychiatrists when a medication protocol is warranted. I’ve worked with folks who are chronically mentally ill and those that are managing life changes and adjustments. If you are looking for an impartial person to discuss life changes, a specific issue, or just a safe place to talk, I look forward to working with you. My approach is warm, nonjudgemental, and focused on you.
