Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Addiction Counselor and EMDR Certified Therapist. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Seeking Safety, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT). The last 10 years I have specialized treating complex trauma, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, severe mental illness, suicide prevention and co-occurring military trauma and substance abuse. I have developed the ability to sit with other people's pain, intense anger and painful experiences. It is acceptable, courageous and at times necessary to ask for help. I will meet where you are in your journey towards healing and recovery. I have witnessed many individuals improve quality of life and achieve their goals. I invite you to have a conversation with me to see if we are a good fit for a therapeutic relationship.
