I’ve been a therapist for 7 years and have worked in the mental health field for over 12 years. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, meaning our work together moves at your pace and is tailored to your unique experiences and needs. I draw on evidence-based methods, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you process difficult emotions, release old patterns, and build greater emotional resilience. I also incorporate holistic and mindfulness-based approaches because healing involves the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. In our sessions, we’ll work collaboratively to explore what lies beneath the surface, gain deeper self-awareness, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.
