I became a therapist because I believe meaningful healing begins when we feel safe enough to truly listen to ourselves..mind, body, and emotions. For the past nine years, I’ve supported adolescents and adults navigating trauma, body image concerns, eating concerns, relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic therapy, EMDR, ACT, DBT, and Trauma-Conscious Yoga. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who have experienced complex trauma, eating disorders, relationship abuse, or who feel disconnected from their bodies and sense of self. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. Rather than telling you who you should be or what your goals should look like, I create space for you to discover what feels true and meaningful for you. Together, we can build greater awareness, develop tools for regulation, reconnect with your body, and create a stronger sense of trust in yourself. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to rise from within.
