I work with individuals ages four and up to address anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, health concerns, reproductive challenges, relationship issues, and more. I especially enjoy supporting children, adolescents, and adults through emotional and relational struggles, and I value working with people from all spiritual and cultural backgrounds. I use a collaborative approach and evidence-based practices like CBT, EFT, mindfulness, and family systems. I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported as we work toward your goals.
